Origin

Z-Strain or Z-Cube has a somewhat controversial and murky origin story. This isn’t uncommon as many of these varieties came to fruition through the acts of underground hobbyists and clandestine internet forums. Some claim it was just a fraudulently renamed Golden Teacher sold be a disreputable vendor known as “Keeper” while others claim it was created by none other than legendary mycologist Paul Stamet. Whatever the case is, it does closely resemble Golden Teachers and is likely an isolation of that variety.

Appearance

The Z-Strain is one of the best commercially available strains today, for any skill level. This strain is one of the most aggressive producers. The mushrooms are dense, meaty, and large. Z-strain is not a slacker in any regards, and the clusters are numerous, with very few, if any, aborts. It utilizes its substrate to the max. They can also be very large mushrooms, towering over most other strains and adorned with golden caps.

Expected Experience

A solid choice for those with a little experience as visuals are strong and long-lasting. Simultaneously a euphoric and physical high is present and gradually ramps up. Expect bursts of energy and creative thinking.
