Tidal Wave

Origin

The Tidal Wave is a recent hybrid Psilocybin Cubensis, combining the strong traits of Penis Envy and B+ strains. Developed in 2020 by mycologist Doma and the infamous Magic Myco Team. It started turning heads in 2021 by recording the highest tryptamine content ever seen! It’s been wildly popular ever since.

Appearance

The Tidal Wave strain is a visual representation of both parts of its lineage. The large caps are golden brown and beige and resemble the B+, while it large hollow stems come from its Penis Envy origins. The defining characteristic of the Tidal Wave strain is the wave like ripples that form across the large otherwise flat caps of the mushroom and are the reason for it’s Namesake.

This strain is considered highly unstable and prone to dropping mutations in many of its flushes. Often this will produce strange white balls on its caps or albinos. It’s considered to be the origin of the elusive “brain-like” Enigma strain, which cannot sporulate itself.

Expected Experience

The Tidal Wave strain shares similarities with Penis Envy, inducing vivid visual hallucinations and profound euphoria initially, all while preserving mental clarity. This makes them a nice choice for experienced users as well as for beginners to try and sail deeper into the unknown waters.

Tidal Wave mushrooms are recognized for their ability to generate euphoria in the body, making them beneficial for alleviating depression and other mood disorders. Consequently, they are frequently incorporated into micro dosing regimens aimed at enhancing overall mood

Dr. Delic’s Field Notes

A recent addition to the mycology community so it was very exciting to get my hands on them. I was traveling through California and stopped in with some old friends outside of Willits. We had a couple beers before deciding this was a great time to try them out. We each took about 3.5 grams and continued catching up in the kitchen before I felt that familiar feeling and decided to take a little walk. “I looked outside. The trees were heavily breathing, and the leaves were sharp diamonds. I closed my eyes, and I was in a building…but everything was made from geometric lines in a prism of rainbow colors. I could “feel” memories but could not see anything. The colors were vibrant and exciting. I went down memory lane. I relived the memories I forgotten but this time…I was in control. I saw it all in a plain of existence where I needed to see it again to understand and deal with it.”
