HillBilly Pumpkin
Psilocybin Mushroom Strain Guide
Origin
Deep in the heart of the American South, a strain lurks among the hot, humid hills. Hillbilly Cubensis hails from Arkansas and this a variation of that popular strain. Hillbilly has been around since the 90’s and was brought into the scene by a mycologist of the same moniker. This variation was selected from flushes for its squat and bulbous proportions.
Appearance
This psilocybin cubensis grows large and squat with wavy caps to give its pumpkin like appearance. While the original hillbilly will generally be a mix of smaller mushrooms and the occasional fat one, this variation grows almost exclusively large and voluminous. It’s not uncommon to see single mushrooms weighing in over 112 grams when wet!
Expected Experience
Slightly more potent that regular hillbillies but still great for social use. Expect yawning fits, followed by big smiles and bouts of laughter. Popular for being easy to microdose and manage, even a half gram can be a relatively mild experience. However, like with any variation, don’t be a hero and ramp up dosage unless you are ready for it.
Dr. Delic’s Field Notes
A smooth rejuvenating come up, with an emphasis on a body buzz. Creative and social pathways become readily accessible. It induced a profound calmness and connectivity when consumed in nature. Recommended for social situations, outdoor concerts and beginners looking to microdose.
“As I gazed at a massive tree stump that had been cut to the ground I noticed there were mushrooms growing around it. I could see them all and they were pulsating and breathing as I imagined the tree that used to be there nourishing the new growth.”
